  • Express Checkout: Quick and secure way to pay via PayPal. 
  • Debit and credit cards options are also available in PayPal if you do not have a PayPal account.

Order processing time |

  • Once the payment is made successfully the order goes for processing. Generally, it takes 24-72 hours for the process to start. We will notify you  when it has been sent.

Delivery time and area |

  • Delivery takes approx. 5- 7 business days.
  • Free shipping on all orders national wide in USA except Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virginia Island and Puerto Rico.
  • No shipments can be made to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virginia Island and Puerto Rico.
  • No shipments can be made to P.O. box, APO/ FPO/ DPO addresses and international orders.

Freight Forwarding Policy |

  • Customers shipping outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, may choose to use a U.S.-based freight forwarding service.
  • Delivery is considered complete once the order has been successfully delivered to the designated U.S. freight forwarding address.
  • Customers or their freight forwarding providers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery. Any shipping damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to GoDear Design within 7 days of delivery to the forwarding address.
  • GoDear Design is not responsible for any loss, damage, delays, or missing items that occur after delivery to the freight forwarding address. Returns and warranty support are subject to our standard Warranty & Return Policy.

Warranty |

Limited One Year Warranty from the Date of Purchase.

All of our products are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship provided that you are the original purchaser of the product, and the product was installed according to our instructions.

- Not covered under Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumer damages caused by accidents, alterations, abuse of the product, exposure to salt air, misuse, or damages from pets or insects.
  • Accidental breakage, misuse or other abuse (unless it occurred during shipping)
  • Improper cleaning and/or chemical use.
  • Normal fading over time e.g., material discoloration, yellowing or cracking of plastic parts.
  • Wrong measurements are not covered by the warranty and are not refundable.
  • Damages resulting from removal and re-installation in the same or any other window or application, or failure to follow instructions, such as measurement, installation, cleaning, and maintenance.
