Return & Missing (Defective) Parts

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below. If you’re asking for missing (defective) parts of your order, we're here to help!
We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order on For missing or defective parts of orders from all retailers in the United States, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please check your package in the time frame. We guarantee a full refund only for returns within 30 days of receipt.


Please note the following exceptions to our return policy
▸ Any products which have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return and there are no returns on any special order items.
▸ Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
▸ Returned item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase.
▸ Return request should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

What you need to know
✓ We will only issue a return when a request is received.
✓ Unauthorized returned product will not be processed.
✓ Return postage for defective items will be covered by us. Photos or videos of the defective item are required.
✓ Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable unless a product is defective.
✓ Restocking fee (10% of the order amount) would be charged if the return tracking number is provided beyond 30 days of receiving your order.
✓ You are not entitled to a replacement or a full refund simply because you changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or if you ordered the wrong item.
✓ Refunds are issued to the credit card used to make the purchase.
✓ If you have placed your order from other platforms besides than, please contact them for return inquiries.
