Return & Missing Parts

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below. If you’re asking for missing parts of your order, we're here to help!
We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. For missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Please note the following exceptions to our return policy
▸ Any products which have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return and there are no returns on any special order items.
▸ Returned items must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
▸ Returned item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase.
▸ Return request should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

What you need to know
✓ We will only issue a return when email is received.
✓ Unauthorized returned product will not be processed.
✓ Return postage for defective items will be covered by us.
✓ You are not entitled to a replacement or a full refund simply because you changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or if you ordered the wrong item.
✓ Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable unless a product is defective. (Refunds are issued to the credit card used to make the purchase)
